KWES-TV (NBC), KTLE-LP (Telemundo), and KTXC-FMis a looking for a Production Manager to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and personnel of the production and creative services departments. Responsibilities include hire, train, lead, and supervise the Production and Creative Services Staff, quality control of all programming and commercials, schedule daily satellite feeds and maintain inventory, create and maintain production budget, and work collectively with Sales, News, Traffic, and Engineering departments. Qualified candidate will have working knowledge of all aspects of television production with the ability to operate current-day broadcast equipment and computer systems. Advanced computer skills, excellent communication skills, valid driver’s license, and good driving record required. Prior production management and a college degree preferred.
